YAKPANEL Open Source License Agreement

Important Notice: Users are hereby reminded to carefully read and fully understand this Agreement, and users should carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement, including the exemption clauses that are exempted or restricted and the clauses that restrict the rights of users. The user shall carefully read and choose to accept or not accept this agreement, unless the user accepts all the terms of this agreement, the user has no right to install or use the software and related services. The user's installation, use, login and other behaviors will be deemed to be an acceptance of this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Definition of terms:
User: natural person, legal person and other organizations who obtain yakpanel panel and use yakpanel-related services through yakpanel authorization
yakpanel:yakpanel panel (main body: Dongguan Baita Network Technology Co., Ltd.)
User license definition: An agreement entered into by a user who actively installs, uses, registers, and manages the software based on an obvious description of the purpose, and agrees to the provision of related services by yakpanel

1. Yakpanel's Agreements
1.1 Ensure that all code is readable by users, except for paid plugins.
1.2 Ensure that after the completion of all environment deployment, users can run permanently without relying on yakpanel cloud support.
1.3 Encryption and obfuscation of the source code is prohibited, except for paid plugins.
1.4 It is forbidden to automatically install encryption codes in any way without the user's permission.
1.5 It is forbidden to collect user data in any way without the user's permission.
1.6 It is forbidden to remotely control the User Panel in any way without the user's permission.
1.7 It is forbidden to insert advertisements on the User Panel that are not related to YAKPANEL.
1.8 From now on, it is forbidden to change the free functions officially provided by YakPanel to paid functions.

2. The agreement that the user needs to abide by
2.1 For your own use, you may use YakPanel for profit or non-profit projects without any restrictions.
2.2 For personal use, the source code of the program can be modified arbitrarily on the premise of retaining the copyright mark, but it is not allowed to be publicly released.
2.3 It is forbidden to undermine the commercial authorization mechanism of yakpanel in any way (including but not limited to operating services of the same type and nature as yakpanel after collecting the source code of yakpanel).
2.4 Users are prohibited from using YAKPANEL to publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates national laws, endangers national security, social stability, public order and good customs, or any inappropriate, insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent, and any content that violates national laws, regulations and policies.
2.5 The user is prohibited from using yakpanel to make, publish and disseminate software that steals related or other software and the exclusive information and property of others.

3. API Usage Agreement
3.1 yakpanel welcomes and appreciates the development of various API-based applications for the software, which can be released for free or for a fee.
3.2 The application developed by the user based on the yakpanel API mechanism shall not contain any damage or modification of the yakpanel code.

4. Release or integrate YakPanel without changes
4.1 YakPanel welcomes and thanks you for posting YakPanel on your website, corporate website or other third-party websites.
4.2 YakPanel welcomes and thanks you for integrating YakPanel into other systems and publishing it together, including cloud service images, operating system distributions, etc.
4.3 When publishing or integrating yakpanel, the user shall not make any changes to the yakpanel source code.

5. Intellectual Property Rights Statement
YakPanel is developed by YakPanel's development team, and YakPanel's intellectual property rights and all information content related to YakPanel, including but not limited to: text, graphics, interface design, layout framework, and related data are protected by the relevant intellectual property laws and regulations of the International Cybersecurity Law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 The user uses yakpanel voluntarily, you must understand the risks of using this software, and yakpanel does not make any kind of warranty, whether express or implied, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use yakpanel under any circumstances, and BIOTOPT does not assume any responsibility.
6.2 The user is aware of the particularity of Internet software, yakpanel, like most Internet software, is affected by factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment and other factors, and may be subject to various security problems, such as other software downloaded and installed by the user or other websites visited contain viruses such as "Trojan horses", which threaten the security of the user's computer information and data, and then affect the normal use of yakpanel, etc., the user should strengthen the protection of information security and use data. so as not to suffer losses
6.3 The "third-party application" in the yakpanel interface is legally authorized by yakpanel from the third party, if any dispute caused by the user's use of the third-party software or technology is resolved by the third party, yakpanel does not provide services to the third-party software or technology, if the user needs to get support, please contact the third party.
6.4 The user violates national laws and regulations by using yakpanel,

7. Exceptions to Authorization
7.1 If the above terms do not meet your requirements to use the software, you can contact yakpanel to sign an additional contract for a more flexible license.

8. Termination of Contract
8.1 If the user violates any of the terms of this agreement, this license agreement will be automatically terminated, and yakpanel reserves the right to pursue liability through legal means if the user's behavior damages the rights of yakpanel or any other third party.

9. Miscellaneous
9.1 If any provision of this Agreement is partially or completely invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.
9.2 The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of the agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and if any dispute or controversy occurs between the user and yakpanel, it shall first be settled through friendly negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, the user fully agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction in Dongguan City, where yakpanel is located.
9.3 YAKPANEL reserves all rights to interpret this Agreement
